I purchased a refurbished phone from Public years ago - looking to again but can't find them anywhere - have they stopped providing this service?

@heatherpr I have bought used phones from both SecondCell and Orchard and have been pleased with my purchases. They are both Canadian companies. When I last purchased a phone, SecondCell had better prices plus they offer a full year warranty compared to Orchard’s 90 days.

I would suggest Openbox online. They sell new, openbox and refurbished phones.

I normally go to their store in Surrey or the one in Vancouver, BC. They had a clearance section before with further discounts but not anymore.

Be careful if you purchase on Facebook Market if you don’t know what to look for. I got an iPhone 13 Pro Max for $400 with an aftermarket screen with 83% battery health.

@heatherpr  Sorry public mobile no longer sells phones , but mobile klinik has CPO phones for sale , or try kijiji or market place just use due diligence if private sale there are some scammers out there but most people are are honest . So as long as it’s not to good to be true and they only joined market place in the last month or two is a red flag

 hi @heatherpr

yes , PM no longer carry refurbished phones.

Check with Mobile Klink online or instore, it is owned by Telus, which was where PM got the phone from before
