Purchased physical sim - would prefer e-sim but it won't let me switch

I am just joining Public Mobile. I completed the purchase, requesting a physical sim. Now I'd like to change that to an e-sim, but I can't seem to do it because I can't get past having to enter the sim # and I can't find any way to go back and change my option.  Any ideas?

HI @RoseE 

i would say better to complete the physical sim setup and you can change to esim after.  You can just download the PM app on your phone and the login and buy a new esim that way. This is faster and can be done yourself without waiting for support agent
