Do any of the plans from Public work in Canada/Mexico and USA?
I know one works in USA and Canada combined- no roaming costs-
I am confused about plans that say Mexico- does that mean only calls/data and texts TO Mexico but not while IN Mexico?

Same here. AT&T showed up as soon as I landed. Don't forget to turn roaming ON.

I'm in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias, both areas, all services (calls & texts to/from Canada/US/Mexico), and data/apps all working as expected.

Testing Testing, 1,2,3! I can confirm that in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias all services are working great. I have called and texted back to Canada, and the US, and I have called people with Mexican phone numbers, and the data roaming/all apps/maps, etc. working smoothly, with speeds are similar to what I experience in Canada (i'm using a 4g/LTE phone (Samsung S10e), if there's any lag I really haven't noticed it.. I used to get a TelCel Sim for trips like this.. Not any more!! 🎉

HI @Heike the 50GB data can be used in all 3 countries, Canada, US and Mexico
alsol, you can call the 3 countries within them for free too
Thursday
Is that the 50gb plan for all 3 contries?
Thursday
what city in Mexico are you located that it is working?
Thursday
for Puerto Vallarta

@Tasrol Is your Galaxy S10 dropping from LTE to 3G on voice calls? It's not on PM's VoLTE list so unless it's been added it implies that Mexico, or at least parts of it, still have 3G.
Thursday
hi @Tasrol thanks for reporting. So far, we only have confirmation about AT&T
and which city you are at?
Thursday
My phone displays AT@T as carrier on Galaxy S10 4g Lte

Currently in Mexico on the $35 plan calls and data all working
Thursday
@hairbag1 .I dunno if 3G for calling has been disabled in Mx...perhaps you don't need volte in Mx after all
I've been wondering the same thing, I did a bit of Googling and didn't find anything definite although I got the impression there is still 3G in at least some areas of Mexico, unlike the US. It would still be safest to have a VoLTE approved phone though just in case. Hopefully we'll get some reports back from people who've tried the Mexico plans.

make certain your cell is volte enabled and on the PM volte whitelist.
added..clipped from Help Files...

Now that I think about it...I dunno if 3G for calling has been disabled in Mx...perhaps you don't need volte in Mx after all. Perhaps anyone recently returned can answer that question if nobody knows for sure.

hi @Cherie21
any plan you see say Canda-US-Mexico are true roaming plan that work in Mexico, PM just introduced that last week. So, no more extra roaming charge and you use the service in MEX like you are in Canada. So, login My Account and check what Canada-US-Mex plans offered to you
Thursday
Yes, PM has new plans covering all 3 countries.
Look at them from your PM account.
