Can't change plan to the CAN-US-Mex plan for $35.

I currently have a CAN-US plan for $36. I want to change plan to the CAN-US-Mex plan for 35.  But when I go to change subscription all I see is the Can-US plan (current older plan) I don't see the Can-US-Mex plan for 35 but I do see it on the website?  How do I get this plan changed to the newer plan?

hi

does it work for whom?

From what I understand, it accepts the complains but none of those got any thing back from PM, ie, the status is the same after the complains

@marvellous16, your best bet is what will13am is suggesting. If you are seeing the $30 20GB Canada only plan, you can choose that one but go with the "Change on renewal" option so that you are not forfeiting any remaining days on your current plan, PM will not give any refunds for this.

I was on the $34 Canada-US plan and was able to switch to the $30 plan and I have the option for the $35 Canada-US-Mexico plan

If you try contacting the support agent to ask them to switch you to the plan you are asking about they will not do it, I tried asking them not long ago and was basically told we can only choose what is offered through our account.

@marvellous16 , Public Mobile has been using a targeted marketing strategy for some time for existing customers.  Generally that means, you won't have access to cheaper plans.  That said, there was a $30 plan that was available to customers having more expensive plans.  If you still see that in the options, perhaps renew to that plan which will then make the desired $35 plan be available.

@marvellous16  - unfortunately, downgrading plans to those that are less expensive than your current one, is somethin PM seems to have done away with. You can port out to another carrier, and then back in as a new subscriber, but you will lose any referrals and unused mins/data you have prepaid for.  Hope this helps
