Hi Friends,
I recently got my dad to switch over to PM. He's able to receive and make calls, send and receive text messages, but data is not working for him. We've tried changing the settings mentioned here. Still not working. Any thoughts on how to get the data working?

Tried a full on reboot of the phone? You have data left on the plan?

you can first try to Reset All Network
If Android, try to update the APN to match the following
