The Mrs. is trying to print my account summary and can't. I'm pretty much technologically challenged; the Mrs. isn't as bad, but still needs help.

Just tried iMac, iPhone, and iPad.....all were PDF. I find a pdf converter and by mistake....bought it. I was not thorough and I was able to cancel the order. I then found a free online conversion by Adobe and it worked completely. I will use for now....unless it cuts me off.
Are you the file is named nnnnnn.xls? Because a txt file can be read by excel too.

Maybe NOT!!! Some one else here mentioned that the downloads were in different formats. The only two I need is the payment and the referral xxx-xxx-1234 numbers. For sure on my iMac I can only get a PDF for payment history (copy and paste does NOT work) and for referrals I can copy and special paste. I have found a way to convert the PDF file within excel but is a PITA.....and Adobe has an option to convert to excel or word...but there is a fee to do so. I think I will try on my iPad and iPhone again and see what happens.

If you are talking about "Payment History", just choose the range of dates and click "download" at the top right. Then you will find a PDF file, likely in your download directory, and then print it.
@darlicious it is a rough go to convert the PDF file to excel.

Physically print or to download?
Are you referring to Payment History? If so, when logged in:
i) Click on the 'Payments' tab on the left hand side
ii) Scroll down, and on the right side below Amount Due, click on 'View Payment History'
iii) Then on the right of 'Payment History', click on the 'Download' button. You can also select a date range of up to 12 months before downloading as well. Default is 3 months.
If you are on Windows, click Ctrl then 'P' (while holding Ctrl) [Apple users please chime too], select your printer from the dropdown, then print.
If you are trying to save your account information:
i) Click on 'Profile' from the left hand side
ii) If you are on Windows, click Ctrl then 'P' (while holding Ctrl)
iii) Select your printer from the dropdown, then print.
Note that your SIM and Account number won't be shown in full when printing - just the last 4 digits.

Print or download? It's easily downloaded then you can print from the Excel file but that's dependent on how you have your home printer and your computer hooked up.
