Hi there,
My SIM card is currently stuck in the mail with the Canada post strike and has been since I signed up November 10. I have the option of using e-sim with my current phone. The chat told me I can temporarily use an e sim while I wait for my physical sim but I don’t have an email with a e-sim QR code in my activation summary because I requested a physical card. How can I activate my account?

Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax).
