If the chatbot is not providing useful results, you can submit a help ticket here...
Step-by-step walkthrough (accurate as of November 2024):
- In the window that opens (see above link), select Contact Us
- then select My Account (or whatever option is most relevant)
- then select Log in (so they know who to reply to) or Can't Log In
- After successfully logging in, select Click here to submit ticket
- πBe sure to be kind. The person receiving your message didn't cause the problem (rather they have bravely signed themselves up to help resolve it for you!)
- You'll be provided a field where you can type a brief description of your problem
- You can check for a response in your Inbox, and you should be able to see the help ticket you've sent in your Sent items.
