I do not see full address, (just postal code) in my receipt. How do i get invoice with full address?

That is strange because I see my name, full address with postal code and account number when I clicked on View Payment History.
What part of the address is missing?

Sometimes, a response only take a few minutes to a few hours. During times of high volume, it can take longer.

You would have to open a ticket and ask agent to provide you with formal receipt if that is what you are after (for tax or business purpose).

Sign onto my account then click Payments, scroll down and click View Payment History. On that page click download receipt for the invoice you want.

@reni If you need a more formal invoice then what you can download from website , you will need to ask support for it
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
