If I port out to a new provider and am still in the middle of a 90 Day Plan, will I be credited back the unused portion?

If you make an immediate plan change at PM you do not get credit for your current plan. It’s best to change on next renewal date.

@bsmchang Make sure to disable pre-authorized payment before you port out as you will lose access to the account once the transfer is complete. Preferably, you should submit a ticket via chatbot or send a private message to CS_Agent and ask them to remove any payment card from the account before the port.

No. Your account will be immediately closed and all rewards, balance on account if any forfeited.
