I in error signed into make a new acct, what I had intended to do was sign into my original acct & update my payment card then switch to different plan.
the CS_Agent hasn’t replied since June 28 & I still can’t get into my original acct?

Did you look if there is a Message notification by tapping on your avatar top right then Message for the reply from a CS_Agent?
Normally take about a couple of hours for them to reply. If no reply, just pm at:

there is nothing the Community can do, this is something only support agent can help.
your last message was Jun 28? it is too long, probably the message got lost. Just message them again now
