How to contact anyone from customer service ? I requested to transfer my number from Rogers, they sent SMS and I replied by yes, but the line is still active and didn't port to public mobile, I contacted rogers and they said that the request was approved from their side but for some reason it is still active, so they requested me to contact public mobile to resend number porting request, I am trying to reach anything with the chat bot, they send me a link to send a ticket and the link doesn't work, what can I do now ? It has been more than 20 hours ! @CS_Agent

Maybe try turning off your phone and restarting it to see if it helps.
