Porting issues looking for number to call to accept the port for my number

BUT.. you need to sort out the situation with your old provider.  It is whether your old provider agree to get your verbal  approval instead of via text.  They might be ok.  Or they might ask you to get a new sim card and tie to your account and then get the porting authentication text and reply YES.  This is something you need to sort out with yoru old provider, NOT PM.  

Once you got it confirmed with the old provider, then you can call the PM porting them and ask them to retrigger the porting process

@Vegan798   are you porting in to PM?  if you are , did you provide PM the correct information for your old carrier?

if you are porting out, then you need to contact the new carrier
