The website is known to have cache issues. So go into your browser settings, clear the cache and then reboot your browser. Try to log in and try to purchase again.

you need 5 points to redeem that, do you have enough points?
you tried to redeem and got error? Can you tell us what error you got ? or provide use a screenshot?

@George222 Did you just redeem 500 CAN wide mins with points and it’s not working ? If so try and reboot the phone . Also it won’t start using them until you used up all your regular plan mins

Hi, are you referring to bonus minutes that you are using to make a call? There would be nothing to redeem. It's automatically applied once you run out of your regular calling minutes.
You make your call as usual and it will apply.
