I purchased a $19 plan yesterday with esim. Your site said my phone was compatible with esim but when I tried to activate the plan, the phone does not have esim. How do I get the plan changed to get a sim card for it?

This seems to happen on several posting where it shows that the phone is compatible but you activate an eSIM it shows that it isn’t.
You can order a SIM from Canadian Cell Supplies for $4, Amazon for $5 with faster shipping or from PM for $5 but with slower shipping or pick one up from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10.
Then contact a CS_Agent to help you complete the SIM activation:

hi @Lynnerthewinner did you get a Welcome email from PM? there is the eSIM qr code there and you can try to scan and install it
if not, ask PM support, they will either resend you one , or ask you to buy a physical PM sim from Telus or Koodo store, then they can help to update it. But message them first
