Hello
It appears that I'm stuck in a loop while attempting to buy a subscription plan. It appears that I am unable to proceed forward.
I get the following error message below, so I tried clicking on "Try Again" and I get repeatedly looped to the same website.
Not a great experience so far 😞

The mobile solution worked, but I feel that it should not have made a difference whether I tried using the website to subscribe versus the mobile app.
In addition, the mobile app required me to do "precise location setting" just to pick a province and complete the subscription plan process. I feel that should not be necessary.

The mobile method worked, but I usually am a person that interacts with the website.
In addition, the mobile app requires precise location setting just for me a province. I feel that this setting should not be necessary in an account creation process.

you are not using the Public Mobile app to subscribe? are you just using the website at this time? If you have not used the app yet, please download the app and complete the subscription
