Hi my phone is not compatible with ESIM so I can’t finish my setup of public mobile subscription, called different people and been on hold 2 hours no support . What is the proper step to fix the issue or get refund , since I can’t setup the service I am stuck .
one more thing I purchased physical SIM card from Telus but still no way moving forward
any help

@IG4821 Get support to sim swap the number for you to the physical SIM card so you can complete the activation in the PM app
