I swapped my number on the app and need assistance with adding the new e-sim via QR to my phone. If I need a new e-sim, no problem but please advise and send email urgently.

Was that the QR code if a eSIM you just purchased?
If not, download PM app on the phone you want to install the eSIM. Login and buy a new eSIM from Account -> Purchase Sim card and choose eSIM
