I'm in USA purchased add on for data usage in USA (I live in canada)
it seems to be working but is not showing the amount of data that I have used on my add on plan

Hey @Treen2
Go into your settings and make sure your data roaming is turned on. Then go to network settings and turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile as the provider and then reboot. This should resolve it. There is only a 1GB or 3GB addon so... try using the app as that's a bit more accurate sometimes.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
