for Re-Purchase Add-ons you need to wait 24 hours after the expiry first Purchase Add-ons or
get in touch with Customer Support Agent (publicmobile.ca)
them do it for you.

Yes, a known glitch in the system.
You will need to contact customer service agent.
Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Type: submit ticket. Follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help. It will likely take 1-2 hours for CSA to respond. Check your private message inbox for response.
