Plan showing active on my account but services not working

My plan is showing active on the my account page and the phone is connected to the public network, however my internet and calling isnot working.

tried turning the phone off multiple times, no joy

@Atamvir try  changing your Preferred network type or Network mode to 3G only or WCDMA  only

The cycle date is May 04 to June 03.

 

Tried other stuff, wondering why it aint working

@Atamvir is the account suppostp be renewed this morning?? If you login My Account using Incognito mode, wwhat is it showing for plan cycle date??

A few other trouble shooting advice:

Put SIM card in another working phone to see if similar issues. 

Network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi passwords)

Toggle airplane mode on, then off.

 

If still issues, then you will need to submit ticket for customer service agent help.
