@CS_Agent My plan is showing active on the my account page and the phone is connected to the public network, however my internet and calling isnot working.tried turning the phone off multiple times, no joy
Hi Was trying to activate my plan after a short international visit however the payment has been deducted twice but the plan isnt activated.a payment of 36 dollars twice shows in payment history but not in available funds thanks for the help
