@CS_Agent My plan is showing active on the my account page and the phone is connected to the public network, however my internet and calling isnot working.tried turning the phone off multiple times, no joy
Hi Was trying to activate my plan after a short international visit however the payment has been deducted twice but the plan isnt activated.a payment of 36 dollars twice shows in payment history but not in available funds thanks for the help
So now the funds are showing in my account and I activated the plan - Plan status now active but when I make a call or use internet it says no available minutes and the internet isnt working
Well the issue is that in the my account section it still shows that my plan isnt active and the account is suspended. So the funds arent getting applied to the account even after being deducted. having said that, i did try the reboot method twice
