Account locked however I still have service and being charged

I have an issue.

For the past few months, I had an issue where it was always written that my Public Mobile account was locked.
Doent matter what I do, it always says (too many login attempts, come back in an hour)

I already tried to:
1) Use browsers with different cookies (maybe I am being flagged or something)
2) Reset password, forgot email

Please help me login into my account 
Ho can I chat with a customer support in private?
Would love to get assistance as soon as possible

To Chat with an CS_Agent just type in Submit a Ticket or you can pm on Message by tapping on your avatar top right then Message.

 please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to reset password and  login My Account 

If that does not work , try using Public Mobile app

If same,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using direct message:
