New account question

I want to make sure my new account starts billing from today when my number has been correctly ported over and is working, not from June 15th when I opened the account but did not have the number correctly. 
I would also like to confirm that I have the correct service package for my account.

Billing normally starts on the activation of the SIM but for a piece of mind. You can pm a CS_Agent at:

Your billing cycle started on June 15th.  You can contact customer service agent for possible help. 

You can login to your self service account to check your plan details.

generally not, but I heard PM can do it, just message and ask 

Click the oranage chatbot icon on the lower right, start typing the question Submit ticket and then choose Contact Us and you will get to the screen to open ticket
