I requested a plan update prior to my plan renewal. The new amount was taken but My Plan still shows the old plan and the Data Usage hasn’t changed from 2.08 for months.

Using Incognito Mode worked on Google Chrome. I wonder why clearing the cache and rebooting my phone didn’t do the trick? Thanks again!

@Timer- Yes the glitch in displaying the update is the problem. You didn't say that. You were pointing the customer to the differences between 3g and 4g. Why? Speed again is irrelevant. We've been over this a few times in the last while.

change plan they charge for new plan cost and not showing right away and it's take for speed 48 hr and for plan has to be right away when is change is will be changed but you know it is just a glitch in the system there is a new design it is affecting some customer.

@Timer- if you had read the OP you would have read that they can't see their new plan after paying for it and it shows up in their payment history. Speed is not the question here.

it could take up to 48 hours until you experience full 4G speeds. maybe need to turn off device and turn on.

@Timer- This is the second one of these. What does describing the differences between 3g and 4g have to do with the customer not able to see the updated plan?

@heyitsmechelsey you could be still reading off a cached version of the page.
Please try to use Incognito mode to logon to My Account. Or you can try to use a completely different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome). You should be able to see the updated info that way

@heyitsmechelsey hi clear your cache and cookies,or try a dfferent browser in private or incognito mode , reboot your device and see if your account updates
