phone shut down, changed new credit card ,won't renew subscription

It still there for some but apparently not all

hi @Billd1 

there used to be a button "Pay and Resume services" but for some reason , it is not there anymore

the Add Funds has a button on Payment page before.  But for some reason, it is gone too

Thankyou for your help. I have spent hours trying to navigate this problem. There is a need for better info on the Public website for this simple task

you need to manually add fund to resume service after you updated your credit card. 

please use this link to add enough fund
