@Aepower is it just voice call with problem or Mobile Data as well?
On the phone status bar on top, do you see any error like "No Sim ", "No network", "Sim not provisioned"? Do you see any status bar at all?

are you new to PM?
did you try to reboot the phone?
did you try to reseat the sim card?
what make and model is your phone? This phone ever works on PM or Telus network?
Any error message you see on the phone?
