My phone isn't letting me make phone calls and when I try to call anyone it says "7B1 your phone is not connected to the server". It still lets me receive calls and messages and send messages but all calls show up as "No Caller ID". I requested a plan change on June 30th and this happened at that time. Can you please advise on how I should proceed?

It maybe a provisional/backend issue with your SIM so private message a CS_Agent on the envelope icon on your computer.

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Also, have you tried going into network settings and resetting all network settings? This will clear previous information and allow you to start from scratch and might help clear things up.

@a1734mj we saw this happened after a plan change occasionally too
you tried reboot the phone once?
if that does not help, message support for further investigation
