Arrived in Mexico with the Canada/USA/Mexico plan. I have no ability to phone text or use data. My husband was able to phone yesterday but can’t today. He has data. Customer Service not responding to ticket etc

hi @Galeas you should see list of network providers if you turn off Automatic, unless tue area has no or weak network signal. Did you check if Data Roaming is On?
try reboot phone first and reset network settings. Then try both automatic and without automatic

Can’t find a place on my iPhone (ISO 26.2) to do that. It only gives the option to choose automatically or toggle off with no choice.

Yes I know about that. Calling out worked for a day and then it stopped. Can't get data to work either.

yes I am aware of how to enter the country code - but I just get nothing. I just purchased a Mexican SIM and it worked instantly. Thanks for your reply

try entering +1 (area Code) then the (Number) +1 is needed to access out of country calls

@Galeas I assume you have the Can/US/Mex plan. Make sure Mobile Data Roaming is enabled. Change the network connection to manual and try to connect each of these networks:
ALTAN, AT&T, AT&T Nextel, Telcel, Telefonica

Which phone are you using?
Go into settings, carrier settings, turn off automatic and find a local provider. AT&T should work well. Also turn on Mobile Data Roaming. Once you've done those two, reboot the phone.
