My phone has the same area code as the city I am trying to call. I can receive calls.

Arrived in Mexico with the Canada/USA/Mexico plan. I have no ability to phone text or use data. My husband was able to phone yesterday but can’t today. He has data. Customer Service not responding to ticket etc
