Anyway it is dead slow frustrating and it's serious problem to the company.they have to take immediate action on it.

There are 2 options. You can grab a voucher at somewhere like Shoppers Drug Mart and dial 611 and upload it to your account to pay this next invoice. You can reach out to a CS Agent via this link to let them know you're having issues updating it.

Try on the website via a computer. Likely quicker.

Yes. The app is very slow. However, sometimes you just need a faster connection than using their data stream. Try hooking it up to your home WiFi system. Or go online instead of using the app.
