Payments and new subscription

The payment for my subscription just passed I want to change it today without 2 payments passing and I don't want wait 30 days

hi @KayyCea 

you can also try back tomorrow and open a new ticket, hope another agent picks up the ticket and have a different outcome

Thank you so much for making an effort to assist me. I reached out to client services and like a robot they repeated that I had to wait until the next renewal date. What is annoying is my payments have passed at 6:00 a.m. on the day that I decided to make the change after midnight the payment had passed already. The client service person and myself went back and forth with the person repeating the same thing over and over again to the point of rudeness so I complained where I could. I'm stuck with my existing plan until my renewal date 30 days from now. Once again thank you for your follow-up and assistance.

in this case, if today just first day if the cycle, support might be able to help to make the plan change for you today without you paying extra 

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Unfortunately, if you switch plan NOW. You will be charged for both plans. You will only be charged for the new plan if you click on Your Next Renewal.
