I was told to contact the port team through the virtual assistant, it doesn't give me contact information or a way to access the team. So, how do I accomplish this without feeling like I'm walking around in a revolving door?

@Sakeena the Koodo team phone number is correct. It is the same team that helps PM. I will send you the phone number

Same here. What is the Port Team's number ? Does Public Mobile have any sort of human customer support number ? Whatever number I got from people who helped me here is Koodo's Porting Support number and they are saying they can't do anything about it because it's Public Mobile's problem. So yes I am also getting the run around here.

With the number eddieO supplied, I was able to work with Erika and resolve the port. Erika had to escalate the problem and it took a few more hours to complete the port but she followed up with me a few hours later to confirm the port completed.
