Unable to Login to Public Mobile Account (app or web)

I recently tried to login to my account and it is acting like my account does not exist, the error message is shown in the picture below. I am still able to make and receive text messages, calls and use data. I have messaged CS_Agent, but i am awaiting their response. Help would be much appreciated, and i am wondering if anyone also is experiencing this issue?

this issue can be fix quickly and easily with the help of PM.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

I am experiencing this same issue. Nothing seems to work on phone, iPad or desktop ! This is so frustrating ! Ugh

I tried it on multiple devices, nothing has worked.

Try clearing your cache or use a different browser.  As for PM you won't get a response till tomorrow as I believe there hours are something like 8am to 10pm  est
