Set up an account with public mobile, paid for it, then it won’t let me go any further while trying to transfer my number from bell

Still on the phone with them, they keep sending me back and forth between telus and koodo both saying they can't do anything until Public Mobile sends another request to port the number. But now the Customer Agent from public mobile says they can't send a request to port anymore and to call the number...

Yes the phone number is for Telus, it's the parent company. But surely someone has to be able to figure it out. I would message them again. The last step to take is to do a chargeback. Public Mobile will block you from using credit card for 12 months. I heard it is PAIN. If you have another account with them, don't call the bank yet.

The same thing happened to me, they told me I can't call and talk to anyone directly and I have to wait for support to respond to me but they've wasted my time all yesterday and today and now they said they can't do it and they've given me a number to call but its a telus number and they said they can't do it either. I have a post paid number from koodo. I asked if i can get a refund and they said I have to contact my bank and they can't refund. Absolutely ridiculous, just taken my money and does not care

The error message is from the website when I fill out the form correct.

some numbers cannot be transferred, what it the area code and the next 3 digits ?
