I had 1000 minutes in add ons, and 7gb data. They are from back when they lasted till you use them up. I barely use either so they should have lasted forever.
I went to check today and I've got 2.5 gb left and 200 minutes. Makes absolutely no sense. Are they just "expiring" them?
Thanks for any help.
If you know how to get usage breakdown for the last 6 months, that would be great too. Even better: how to reach a human help from Public

The PM usage tracker is usually fairly accurate. The grandfathered add ons don't expire like the new purchased ones.
As mentioned, you may need to contact customer service agent to check older usage history.

Doesn't go far back enough and not enough info there to justify everything being lost which is why I'm trying to go further thank you though

The wifi being disabled might be one reason, however it doesn't answer how I lost so many minutes.

@Aggie2- you can see some of your history in the console, but i don;t think it goes back 6 months. As for speaking to a human, there is no live support with Public Mobile. I suggest you open a ticket with CS rep (click on chatbot in lower right, and follow the prompts).
Any chance you disabled your wifi, and forgot to re-enable for a while?
BTW, I also have a bunch of old add ons. Just checked, and they all seem to still be there.
