Does talk and text work?
If previous suggestions don't work, a network reset of phone sometimes will help. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.

now that you're home, make sure to install your PM sim....then power up the cellphone. If you use esim, make certain that the PM esim is set to the preferred sim.
