Hello,
I joined Public Mobile during Black Friday because of their nice 34$ for 30GB/Month 5G speed.
But Now the 5G is no longer working, I double check my MyAccount to make sure I had paid but apparently Public Doesn't automatically take funds from my CreditCard so there was a mistake there. Upon paying I realize the subscription is different.
In the payment options it mentions that its 4G....
Which ISN'T TRUE since I only joined Public Mobile for their 5G deal during Black Friday as seen below.
What is going on?

HI @Ninninjak
you are on latest OS?
and even you pick 5G, your phone only connects to 4G or LTE? what location you are at? you tried in different location?
If you really do not see you connecting to 5G again, submit ticket wtih CS agent and ask them to refresh your account, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Yeah left the house bar is full. I get between 90-100mbps. Also just got a text message that I didn't renew my payment. But it said I paid today. I guess I'll contact CS agent

hi @Ninninjak
make 2 or 3 more tests in different area
and what phone do you have?. is 5G an option on you phone 's network mode screen??

Well, it does say "Up To" but that does seem to be a tad low. Also, other things may factor into speeds like the area you may be in, or if your in the basement or a large apartment building. Try closer to the window.
If you still have concerns, you can reach a CS Agent via this link to confirm things are not only set right but advise of your lower speeds.

Their reply will come in the top right corner. Looks like an envelope.

Hey followed your advice and downloaded a speed tester. I got 105Mbps download speed. You mention if I get 250kbps download that it should be 5G but that seems extremely low for what I thought 5G is.

Hey @Ninninjak As @Handy1 has mentioned, there seems to be some glitches this morning. Here, try this. Download a Speedtest app on your phone, take it off WiFi and just use your data. If you're getting close to 250kbps download speeds, you've got the 5G speeds.
