Koodo has transferred my number and I am still not activated by Public Mobile. Not sure of next steps or how long this process should take.

@GraceAnn06 Have you put thenPM SIM card in phone and rebooted the device ?? You’re not connecting at all ?? And is your Koodo pre paid like PM or post paid ?? If pre paid you need help of support to transfer after activating with temp PM number

you fully activated your PM account using the app?
your Koodo sim is no longer working after you activated PM account?
your PM sim card is not not connected to PM network and not able to even make outbound calls? if that is the case, you just need to have agent to refresh your account. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
