Hi there,

I would like to park my account for 1 month from Nov 06 to Dec 06, but your system was down the last 2 days, I wasn't able to, now payment already deducted. Could you stop this month or push the payment to next month of service. I am going away for a month. My account number is

HI @ctranphoto   it is unfortunate what happened on that 2 days and you just need My Account the most

You can actually still disable Autopay by using *611 , if you know the 4 digits pin

You should have at least open a ticket on the day to tell CS agent what you wanted to do, they might be able to manually disable that for you.  And at least you get a proof what you tried to do

Without that ticket, it is hard, and likely PM won't do much. You can open a ticket and ask but I doubt they will help  😞

Time to ask @computergeek541 to intervene and edit for the OP.

Please and thank you.

There is no option to put account on hold.

What you can do is to remove autopay and account will be suspended on next renewal. If you do not pay a bill within 90 days, account will be deleted - number lost.

And please remove phone number from your post. This is public forum.

@ctranphoto

Please click on the little arrow thingy on the right side of your post and edit out your phone number. This is a public forum and you don't want the whole world knowing your phone number.

A reasonable request although I am unsure it will be granted unless you had a balance in your available funds equal to or greater than your plan amount.The reasoning for my reply is that autopay can be toggled off via 611 if you knew your 4 digit account pin #. However if you did not know this was an option or you did not know your 4 digit account pin # then even reading the updates on the community regarding the issue would have left you precious little time on the evening of November 4th and November 5th to disable autopay or in the case of an account balance suspending your service via lost/stolen. It can't hurt to try and ask for a credit for your plan amount and service suspension. You may want to use the private message option and read the spoiler in my linked post on how to do this effectively. Good Luck!

@ctranphoto hi because of the issues with the website you may find some help with a cs agent

There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca

Or  private message them here

Normally that would be tough luck for you for letting it renew. But with all the recent troubles around here, ask support if they would suspend your account and credit you back the renewal payment into the account. Seems a reasonable request what with all the downtime recently.
