I just switched from fido to public. My iPhone have network signal and can make calls and receive messages, but I cannot receive messages or receive calls. eSIM card. How to fix it? Thanks.

Sounds like your port is incomplete. Did you answer “YES” to text message from Fido to authorize port? If you did, then it can take 2 hours or more to fully port your number.

if you cannot make outbound calls and no network signal, it is a sim care setup problem. You will need to open ticket with PM support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
