Hey Everyone,
I'm attempting to port my TN from a Telus business account to Public. I recently left the company I worked for and was looking to port my TN to Public. When attempting to activate my account it keeps telling me invalid account number/ IMEI number. I'm wondering if anyone one else has done this or had issue. I'm wondering if its because the TN is currently on a business account trying to port to a residential account. I know in the past there was issue with that.
On a side not I have already PM Public to get help, just figured I'l reach out to the community to see if any one else had run into this.

you have the go ahead from your office? you have to make sure you go that and the number is able to port
