Can not make phone call and receive call with my phone

Text and data was fine. The issue started on Wednesday.

The phone can be worked with other carrier and another Public mobile SIM card . This SIM card can also works fine with other phones.
tried enable VolET etc and can not change to prefer 3G as looks recently Public mobile disable 3G network?

Last update: I contact agent,They did reset the network on their side.then reboot and test not working , so I gave up and went to sleep . Next morning , everything working fine .

Thank you . I did raise a case with cs_agent . Will update you if it gets resolved.

@Chouchou2008  That’s a strange one for sure , if it was the SIM card then it shouldn’t work  in another phone . But you’re saying it does . And it’s not the phone because another public SIM card work in it . So this is a true mystery I’m not sure what else to try then . I’m stumped 🤔

It is xiaomi. But my another public SIM card can work in this phone. And this SIM card can work fine on my iPhone . Only issue is when the SIM card with the cell phone together. Maybe the SIM card is too old to with the cell phone.

@Chouchou2008  What phone you have ? You mentioned voLTE here’s Pm voLTE whitelist

I did everything I can , spent whole night last night. I even switch SIM cards and phone to trouble shooting

@Chouchou2008  And you tried rebooting the phone or reset network settings ? See if that helps if you haven’t already if same as support to refresh your account
