Number transfer issue

I am trying to transfer a teksavvy coop landline to new public mobile account.  I was told by teksavvy that they are incorrectly identified as a re-seller on the transfer form so it is getting rejected. No one appears to be able to help.

Teksavvy is based out of Southwestern Ontario, so it's unlikely (but not impossible) that the number isn't portable to Public Mobile.

it a check on Koodo site cit PM and Koodo both owned by Telus so you can use that check to see if the number can be ported into PM

and open ticket with support to see what provider to pick from the list to port

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
