I've been texting for a few weeks on PM and made some calls as well. Everything seems to have been working well until I found out people can't call me... it goes straight to voicemail. And my voicemail is with my old provider, Bell. But when I log onto my PM account, everything seems fine. When I call Bell, they tell me my number didn't port and to contact PM. What do I do?

Do you still have your old Bell SIM card?
If so, contact Public Mobile through the Get Help section above and they will help to reinitiate the port over here. You may need to put the Bell SIM card back in your device, await a Port Authorization text from Bell, to which you reply "YES" to, then the process will complete.
