I am trying to port my number but say account isn't activated. I have tried 10 time to pay with my credit in my cart and won't work, but yet I have full services and internet connection. What going on? Not having any answers really sucks I do t have all this time to get this done when it should be fixed via public mobile. You guy need better support

did you login your own My Account and request porting from there?
or you cannot login My Account and got error? if you cannot login, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
