Noticed I'm not receiving texts since last night. I can send texts and call, and data works fine. My plan has unlimited text, and is active. My phone has been working fine (Nokia 7.2) since I got it in January. I'm using Textra, and it's my default SMS app. I've restarted my phone.

I am having the same issue here. Simon the bot is absolutely no help. Just completly screwed things up

I've been having the same issue but only from the Rogers network. The texts sent by those on other providers is fine. Hope this gets fixed soon. @Hengy

@Hengy Make sure your are not blocking them in your settings. Also go into the App and clear the cache, restart your phone to see if makes a difference.

Ha! I assure you someone is texting me.
Just got off the phone with PM tech support (incredibly nice person, btw), and it turns out it's Rogers fault (outgoing server problem). The people I were expecting texts from all are on Rogers. The tech said she could see the texts that were supposed to be delivered.
Case closed!

@Hengy If nothing helped so far, you can ask moderators for help by sending a message (they can reboot your account from their end, and it can fix your issue): https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@Hengy You can also add a voip app such as TextNow and use it over WiFi to receive and send texts while the problem is resolved.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I switched to the Google messaging app. No luck.
I can receive calls.
In the middle of troubleshooting, I got a text that was sent to me around 730 this morning - about 4.5 hours after it was sent.
I do remember texts coming a bit slowly and in bunches yesterday.
I will try the sim card reboot, then try a mod if that doesn't work.

Was there an update to the Textra app. Uninstall the app for now and see if it works.

Try shutting down the phone, removing the sim card and restarting it. Then wait a few minutes and shut it down and insert sim. This will hard reboot it. Try this out.

Can you temporarily switch to the native messenger and set if it would work.
Are you on dnd mode? Can you receive calls?
