Hello out there,
I'm not receiving texts from some numbers, and any incoming calls apparently get a busy signal.
I lost my last phone (and SIM, obviously), and just bought a new one with new SIM, and have been having these problems since.
Any ideas on what might be going on with this?

@DH_Berkley - so when you received the new SIM and phone, did you perform the SIM SWAP in your My Account, as shown here... "How To Change Your SIM Card" in this Help Article: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/sim-swap
SIM swapping should not affect your services like you describe. Sounds like network or issues on the account since the sim swap.
To troubleshoot, try"
If the issue is the same in another phone , submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them found here:

try to change the preferred network to 3G Only (or WCDMA Only) and see if it incoming calls work
and you tried the phone at different area ?
