We are in NB. We have terrible coverage service , tried rebooting but still nothing, have had this service for over 3 years and plans didn't expire.

Is this something new? Did you have previous issues with coverage or just recent issue?
Which model phone are you using?

@on2wheels Telus and bell share network towers , so being on Telus Koodo or public mobile should be no different t then being on bell virgin or lucky . Roger’s is the only exception that has no partnership with Telus

I've been with PM for 7 years and still only have 1 bar of service at home, and I'm not considered rural either. So I've come to accept that Telus just isn't a big enough player in eastern provinces to have as good of coverage as the other two big telcos.
