I just switched to PublicMobile, Canada-US-Mexico. Some of my calls and texts will not go through. At first I thought it was just US ones but it's not -- some US are going through and some local ones are not. This applies to both texts and calls. I apparently can't talk to anybody at PM -- how do I fix this on the PM account I am paying for?

I removed the Bell SIM card and rebooted and reset the network settings. I think that did it, thanks. I'll come back if I have further problems

Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

I rebooted and that didn't work. Would you mind telling me how to reset the network setting?

since you just switched over, make sure you removed your old provider sim card. if the old one is esim, disable it
then reboot phone and Reset network settings and it should work

@BarbaraEliza Maybe try rebooting the phone or reset network setting see if that helps , if not you can ask support to refresh your account
